Even with its funky bumper and awkward inlets. At least the heat exchangers can get some much needed air now.

I think it’s pretty grotesque. However, I’d be interested in seeing a photoshop where the center section is closed up, making the front fascia resemble a Ferrari 360/430.

I don’t hate this, although that’s a pretty rough ‘shop.
Of course it is the exact opposite of functional. The Ferrari can do this due to engine location.

Mildly Lukewarm take: I love the bumper and hood with the Yuge intakes but hate the wing

I think it’s great in that “comic book car” type of deal. If you want clean and smooth, you can go base. But if you want crazy, you go all out.

I like the look better, I think, but like Eric said, that’s probably not going to be functional given that the ZR1 is front-engine and probably needs all the cooling it can get.

It still looks odd to me, as if its not as wide as some of the aero would suggest. The central portion of the hood is much taller in person, although this obviously doesn’t detract from driver vision much. The wing is also less awkward than initial photos suggested, but the wing stays make it look inadequate. I think overall it appeared quite long to me, even though its barely changed from a Z06.

While I don’t think it is the greatest looking Corvette, I am beyond excited to see more lap times thrown down by this monster. Plus, it doesn’t have giant gaps in its bodywork for the sake of aero.
